What is the CMHC Housing Accelerator Fund?
The Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) Housing Accelerator Fund (HAF) aims to expedite the development of housing across Canada to increase supply. It will provide $4 billion to communities across Canada, with the goal of creating 100,000 net new permitted housing units by 2026-2027.
