California city selects PSD Citywide to deploy Enterprise Asset Management software, improving infrastructure and service delivery.
Fillmore, California – October 2026 – PSD Citywide® is pleased to announce a new partnership with the City of Fillmore for the implementation of a modern, cloud-based Enterprise Asset Management system.
Fillmore recognized the need for a more strategic, coordinated approach to asset management. By centralizing asset data and streamlining workflows, the City will improve efficiency, enhance transparency, and support priorities such as infrastructure investment, community engagement, and organizational excellence.
The project includes PSD Citywide’s asset and maintenance management software, full data migration, an interactive GIS Viewer for real-time asset visualization, and a mobile-enabled maintenance system that supports fieldwork online or offline.
To strengthen community engagement, Fillmore launched a public Customer Portal, allowing residents to submit and track service requests online while improving communication and visibility into request status.
