Course AM1 – Citywide Assets New User Training
About This Course
Learn the fundamentals of Citywide Assets including how to navigate within the inventory list, add assets and generate financial reports.
What You’ll Learn
- Overview of data structure within the inventory list
- Filter, sort, edit and export data
- Customize and save Inventory grid views
- Import data or add new acquisitions with the Upload Centre
- Introduction to Administration tools
- Generate financial reports

Course AM2 – Asset Management Features & Reporting
About This Course
Learn asset management tools and reporting capabilities within Citywide Assets.
What You’ll Learn
Add or update asset replacement costs
Create and manage Asset Profiles
Create Asset Profiles, set condition ranges, risk metrics and add lifecycle events to create an asset management strategy
Import condition assessments and replacement costs with the Upload Centre
Generate Asset Management and Levels of Service reports

Course AM3 – Year-End Entries and TCA/PSAB Reporting
About This Course
Refine and optimize your financial adjustments, run asset reports to verify your data, and obtain tips on how to prepare your database for year-end entries.
What You’ll Learn
Overview of year-end organization and preparation with entry checklists
Apply a year-end lock to preserve financial data for prior years
Complete year-end adjustments manually or through the Upload Centre, such as new acquisitions, full and partial disposals, additions, write-downs and transfers
Generate data reports and update any misclassified assets
