Payment Processing firm to provide secure online payment processing within the Citywide Permitting solution, supporting permit and license fee collection.

This new relationship will provide new and existing clients of the Citywide Portal, an enhanced feature of PSD Citywide’s ePermitting solution, with fast and secure payment processing of fees related to planning, licensing, and permitting applications. Paymentus is one of several new providers offering integration with Citywide Permitting, the most comprehensive cloud-base ePermitting solution for municipal planning, permitting, and licensing.
Paymentus will provide secure payment processing for all permitting, planning, and licensing fees accessible through the Citywide Portal. Launched earlier this year, municipalities can deliver a better experience for residents and applicants with a new citizen portal that is part of the new Citywide Permitting solution. Here, in addition to being guided step by step through the application process, applicants can submit, pay for, and manage applications online. Paymentus, whose platform processes 195 Million transactions for more than 16 Million monthly consumers and business users, is the first official payment integration partner for the Citywide Permitting solution.
